@Shaun Reilly Really appreciate you reaching out, Shaun - I very clearly remember listening to the podcast when you were a guest and being distinctly impressed by your success, especially since I've lived and worked in this area for many years now!

The brainpower in that room is impressive, and someone there will certainly have a creative (but legal) way to get through this deal.Second, my suggestion is to buy this house, then find another house for her and become the bank.  

I have the impression from a local REI group that I attend that anything over 10% here is decent. 

I have to impress my business partner and make us some money here, so I REALLY don't want to flop.

Does the vehicle you drive and your personal appearance play a significant role in your deals?

The Boston Area REIA is in Medford as well and there are many other options both north and south of the city depending on where you think you may want to focus more.It is impressive you have that much saved up at your age and before getting that corporate job.
