I got really exited to invest in real estate as buy n hold (specifically BRRRR) after reading several bigger pocket books n listening podcast.

Maybe this when I start writing a book?   

@Anita Muhammad not sure what CLUELESS book you are reading, but short answer to your question, YES. buy, refi buy more , do again and again. .Rentals provide freedom. good luck 

I am reading a Robert Irwin book which suggests buying a home every 1-2 years as your primary residence, and renting out the previous residences as investments.

While I was also going to get a CPA to help me with this, would I benefit from the, "Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor" book when I am looking at international properties or is it geared towards only domestic properties?
