I have used my five calc uses already and for some reason the site won't let me upgrade to pro right now.

As an avid reader and absorber of this site I've found myself drawn to certain folks who seem to have ideals/thoughts that very much align with mine.

This is just a general rule of thumb I’ve found to be the max you can pay and still cash flow with any decent leverage   I'm new to this game so nothing is "obvious" to me, thats why I ask questions.

I have seen retail centers for instance where if it is turned sideways or building is situated behind another retail center then harder to rent and rents drop to fill it with lease up.How good is the cross traffic from other sites to this tenant box space?

I am not a fan of "incentives" for on-site management.Let's say you allow them to live rent-free in exchange for management.
