As I predicted in my own post, here I am freshly laid off...but get this, my lay-off created 2 new jobs in Malaysia....now where did I hear that rhetoric about American jobs for American people again.... :( 

Yet this is often a critical time interval where that owner is looking for a solution to his/her problem.Our 30 years of programming background has now allowed us to push out by email each day a fresh NOD data file including names, addresses, phone numbers (where available), and prepopulated mailing labels ready for printing with a couple of clicks.  

They cost a little more but you'll have less waste and you get it freshly mixed at the store.

Fortune 500 companies will take you seriously and you'll enter the corporate world at a much higher level than if you had to climb the ladder fresh out of undergrad or a second-rate business school. 

You then go into those units spending $4,500 in the kitchen and bath (new cabinets, counters, maybe appliances and some tile work) You now have a fresh unit ready to lease out at a new remodeled unit price of $1,025.

You should get with a young real estate lawyer fresh out of college.

The grounds are always immaculate & the units are always super-clean & fresh.

Turned out my craigslist ad didn't post correctly due to my error, as soon as I fixed that my phone and email blew up and I had a long line of qualified renters.I did have the advantage that we are very short on rentals and mine was freshly rehabbed.Moral of the story, I think more people still look at craigslist.
