Second question: Most of what I am reading in the forums (again, a bit of a generalization) seems to favor HELOCs over Home Equity Loans, mostly for the flexibility that a HELOC offers since you can tap into the money whenever you want.

I can't show too many specifics here on the forum, but basically, by year 4 of operations projecting about 17% return at the split proposed of 18% of cashflow.

Searching the forums, I found some information about yr end truck purchases, but not for large equipment.
