Hi Brian,It's also wise to keep an eye on the overall global economy in this issue too.Many major markets have some dependence on global sales, and there is an underflow current of opinion that even without the virus situation, the indicators are pointing to some hard times globally (I'll leave it at that).Meaning we are not coming out of this in 2017 with 2018 and etc... ahead of us.

Lenders are pricing themselves out of the market until their underwriters catch up, then lowering rates a ton until back at capacity, then jacking rates right back up once they've gulped in a bunch of refi applications.
