They never expressed it here but it may emerge eventually.

What reasons can you enter the property other than emergencies or advance notice inspections?

Here’s what I did/ am doing1) identified several smaller “emerging” STR markets I am interested in (based on estimated gross ROI, and demand drivers nearby), and confirmed the regulatory outlook looked safe going fwd.

Out of that 92k saved- we would take 16k out for 3 month emergency fund. 10k out for moving and breaking our current lease.

And also be available in an emergency situation to access the home if tenant is out of town or something and there is an issue requiring immediate action.

Am licensed at the State, pay a locality tax, a tourist tax, a $500 fee per house to the municipality, have to be "on call" and had to add a landline for emergency calls. 

I had an emergency survey I needed and his team worked over a weekend to do it.

@Patricia Steiner politely disagree with you as water remediation should fall under an emergency category and would thus not need prior owner approval.

I called my buildings emergency number which prompted me to call a separate number to report a lockout.
