Including one well advertised outfit here in Denver (they host a free REI happy hour thats a great alternative to the paid REI clubs in denver).70-75% ARV, depending on the strength of the project.My guy does 100%, points rolled on the back end, monthly interest only payments. 14% +2-3 points

(my "hobbies" have varied from cars, computers, home audio, car audio, electronics, computer programming, photography, motorcycles, hiking, bicycling, running, on and on the list goes) I'd say I never mastered any of them and I still find most interesting, I just don't do them anymore for various reasons.I have stuck with the same area of work for 10 years now, but now I am truly bored with it.

Before I make any major investment I usually run a test advertisement with the listed rent, and if I get 3 calls per day or more then I know I will fill it quickly at that price.Do you plan to bring in the homes yourself or are you expecting someone to bring in a home they buy?
