If you don't have a lot of money, you can buy it used on E-bay for very little.Once you understand the basics, then you can buy some books on whatever area of investing interests you, such as birddogging, wholesaling, rehabbing, rentals, etc.Obviously, you should read the pertinent threads and articles here and then ask questions.Good Luck,Mike
