I've been in the business for years and found this to be a fantastic source of information as well as contacts to assist me in my daily activitiy.  

Apple, Visa, Amazon, Samsung, and the list goes on, are all expanding their high tech (aka high paying) operations into the Austin area and more companies are coming daily.  110 people are moving to Austin every single day.  

-All bank statements, including daily transactions, every page for 5 months. acct numbers on each account, etc., provide full and complete itemized bank statements for the past 5 months.

Some are a set fee at different intervals, like $25 after 5 days, $25 more dollars or a percentage of rent, or a daily amount until rent is paid.

My brain is too old to be remembering everyone's schedule changes - which happened daily.
