Do you want a large rental portfolio, or do you just want enough rentals to live off of comfortably?

Each unit has there own ground level garage, with a small 5' x 8' heated mud/utility room in the back of each garage, and "L" shaped stairs leading up to the main floor that has the kitchen, living, dining. 

Removed wall between the formal dining and living and walls between the living and kitchen.

That "dining" area is barely big enough for a 4 person table and that assuming that plan has everything to a perfect scale and that the renters are going to have that kind of table.

Again, this is in PRIME LOCATION and walking distance to hospitals, dining, and nightlife.

I have experience managing out of state properties so I’m comfortable with that aspect.

I, personally, would not feel comfortable with only $200/mo after my mortgage payment.
