When I read a newspaper or an article from a magazine, there is usually an author (just like a book).

I publish a lot of articles on my website and in the article directories.

We hope to build a topics discussion board so that individuals in the company can come up with topics and write articles or start threads on our site.

I've been reading through the forums and articles and continue to gain confidence in my knowledge.

After reading the articles on the site for a few weeks, I finally registered.

There are plenty of bigger pockets forum posts, articles, podcasts, youtube videos, blog posts, etc. about this topic--and I'm sure you can find even more if you google things like "how to analyze a rental property".  

The podcasts and articles I have read are usually from individuals with more income.
