Then, if they say it's not a good time, email back and reiterate that it wasn't a request, and site the lease that you will be entering the unit. 

There is also a lot of information on BG about those programs as well but I'd start with the sites then come back to BG and get an idea of folks experiences using those programs.

Hi everyone, This is my first post on the bigger pockets site.

You could check the property owner records on your county auditor's site...but assuming many people have the same name, that might prove difficult, unless you have some other identifying info that would ensure you got the right person.

There is nearly an unlimited amount of content on the site. 

I've been looking on the big common sites like Century 21 and Zillow, but I'm only finding individual units in Townhouses and such.
