I was looking at some foreclosure properties, and the realtor trying to tell me I can't do FHA with a foreclosure, cause its sold as is.

Our realtor isn't sure how much the ARV would be since we only have two comparable properties in the area.

I ended up getting out bid but since this realtor I've been speaking with only deals with HUD homes I will know for the future.
