They are not very transparent and most won't even let you publicly discuss investments that are already funded.

With the health of the economy as strong as it is now my guess is that we'll start to see rates working their way back up towards the 5-6% mark...I just don't know how quickly it will start to get there to take this into consideration when evaluating deals. 

They probably get that info from the public records from the county.  

Once Order from the court is complete that person has legal right to sell the property, BUT FIRST must list "Notice of Sale" in the paper (or some publication which they talk with their lawyer about doing) AND  a "Notice to Creditors" (which can be filed at the same time).3.  

@Bobby Walters The Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA) website has a very nice collection of documents that are publicly accessible, including an Excel spreadsheet showing the Small Area Fair Marker Rent (SAFMR) by zip code.

I get those letters all the time I rarely read it usually don't keep it.Another way to approach it is to use MLS or public records to find out the highest volume sellers by seller name.  

The judge seems very strict and we want to get this leach out.Knowing he is headed towards eviction, he called the health department claiming he had sewage in his room.
