I haven't seen the lot physically just on paper.A friend of mine from work is currently developing land and they said nothing for 4 yrs and now its picking up..but its luxury homes.. 1M homes.Her issue is the developer/builder is making more money than them who owns and developed the land.

My parents owned several properties, MN.. and they were in no shape physically to care or manage them but they wanted control..
