@Basilio Torres:I think you'll discover that most of these type auctions result in the Bank buying back the property and then placing the property for sale with a Real Estate agent or online Auction Web site.

I was wondering if it was possible to take out an home equity loan or line of credit or refinance on the property to purchase other properties even though I, personally, did not take a loan out on the property?
