Hey everyone, I just listened to Brandon Turner's webinar (it was awesome), and in his review of avoiding investor mistakes, he discussed the dangers of trusting a broker's pro-forma analysis on a rental property. 

The real question to ask yourself is "Am I prepared to fully commit to the program and do everything that is recommended including learning from my mistakes?"

And I've made mistakes too, it happens.

If you make a mistake, it probably won't be catastrophic.
