So, sell me.Everything I have mentioned comes in u see $50 for me total in a year and my Excel calculators are 100% customizable.

RED FLAG from the beginning to end.. trying to suck U in.. i bet he gets  a few takers.no one sells 750k houses for 250 in todays market.. and as you know being and agent EMD go to title co or closing attorney not to sellers.. thats just plain nuts.. 

It seems like a deal killer cuz even if u get the mobile home for 4-6k and try to resell it and carry the note and finance the customer with rent they pay to you plus the lot space rent, your now in the territory of rent u would pay for SFH but your in a trailer.

As you know wholesaling REO is a numbers game and many (in my experience) don't like to make that many offers on homes that maynot get accepted........how do u go aabout wholesaling REOs..J.Scott??
