Whats a typical size(in sq footage) for a unit in an apartment building?

Russel from what i saw and from what our realtor (he is an investor as well) said is that the 500-550K are for the row houses that can only be converted to two condo's due to the limited square footage.

Make sure you also have the square footage and is at least a 3/2 and 4/2 are great. 

In an A community the land value is high enough that if the subject property were to burn down, it would make sense to rebuild a bigger and better property.In a B community the land value should be substantial enough to rebuild the same property, in square footage and included features.

Total square footage is about 550 each unit which is really small.

A client of mine just went into mutual on a house hack in Edmonds last week - its a 4 bed with good square footage that he'll be converting to a 6 bed.

Most of the homes around the square footage of 3800-4200 only have 5000-6500 sq foot lots.

Or are they just looking at square footage?

These homes generally have more square footage but on the flip side are harder to maintain because access can be an issue.
