I have a house in TX that I own subject to.

Even if you don't allow it you'll go over one day and a TV will be up there anyway lol.During the initial walk through of the house I tell them if they want a TV on the wall, let me know the size of the TV and where they want it.

The house I am looking to buy has a detached garage about ~1300 square feet and already has a bathroom in the property. 

And when mentioned it's in context of housing costs are too much, and to make housing costs affordable "for all".

They just wanted something furnished while they shopped for a house to buy.

ya well cupertino palo alto los altos and los altos hills Monte vista Saratoga Los gatos still basically $2,000.00 a sq ft for SFR housing..

people are funny.. complain about RE making 4k but will buy a rehabber house from a wholesaler who puts up no money takes no risk and walks away with 50 to 20k.. and think that is fine..

So I have the impression it can really change depending on who you ask. it's not 90k. whoever says that doesn't know how to build. we just built a 668 sq ft house and it was more than that without the land and no garage below it. no way it's that low. 

I have several deals I'm putting together with houses under contract that are below market and will cash flow when closed on.Doing Due Diligence and I wanted to see what experience you guys had with this lender.
