I moved into a single family home with my fiancé we plan to live and flip or BRRR it..

This is also a reason I tell people to not buy a home and inherit tenants that they didnt screen themselves.At what point does your "luck" be considered good process? 

I'm currently evaluating a potential mobile home park, while small (10 lots total) it does have a single family home on the same property.

This has me very interested in moving out of my primary residence and building a silo home or duplex on this property.

We currently have 21 homes under construction in North Port, FL, and Port Charlotte, FL.We are providing families with their future homes, where countless memories will be created in each one we build.

This amounts to lost opportunity because if you had purchased RE, at the closing it can start producing return. 5) ADUs detract from the existing structure whether this is privacy, a garage, or just yard space. 6) this is related to number 1, but there are many more buyers looking to purchase homes for their family than there are RE investors looking to purchase small unit count properties.
