Working at a job was never something I enjoyed and I am the happiest person in the world since I've made my choice.

Educate yourself before you step into this business or end up as another guy/girl blasting out bad deals, getting black mailed and illegally brokering without a license (I'll touch on that in another post). 

If not, i dont really see why an end buyer would enjoy paying off an existing mortgage along with bringing the property current in taxes.

What's a girl got to lose?  

Thanks a lot Abel and Shane I've been reading for quite sometime now and I've been constantly educating myself and yes Shane I already have think and grow rich by napoleon hill in my arsenal I enjoy reading most of his material...but I must say I've been shifted the way of thinking and at this point I'm well motivated and ready to take ACTION so I'm eager to know what are my very first steps into wholesaling, I do know the basics but I need to know how can I start with a LLC and partnering up with the right title company.

Really have enjoyed reading the posts and getting the positive energy of the people on bigger pockets.

I might be making this more complicated than it is, but its my first time having a partner so i have no idea.And just for the record, this investor is totally counting on me to bring him the details of this partnership, so i cent really ask him what his conditions are, he is inexperienced in this situation a wall.I would appreciate any insight you guys (and girls) can bring to my situation, thanks,Molly
