But yes once I hit double digits...I'll consider quitting my day job.

On alot of levels it seems the way to go but call me old school the more digital something gets the more out of touch it does too, its not about just the agent, No one really talks about the customer, the buyer and sellers what are they looking for.

If you can pull that off in under six months, and make sure market doesn't soften on you, then you have to split it with a partner, now you are looking at single digit returns.

Even the crappiest of hoods in the country have appreciation double digits.

So unless you have an active strategy that can somehow find value and you're also willing to ignore all the things going on right now that may ultimately lead to a major correction (like several hundred billion dollars in double digit coupon debt from developers in China), I would agree with the title of this thread.

Neither digitally, nor physically. 

Market appreciation is pegged at double digits year over year!

If it’s a set amount of videos or online (digitally) you can bet you can find it online for free.
