Can't get past customer service representative!

Was trying to keep the cabinet budget around $2,000.

Unfortunately the answer is most likely no due to the current anti money laundering and customer due diligence laws for the banking industry.

For example, a kitchen that needs cosmetic rehab such as painting, minor updating, new linoleum floors, etc, might cost $X, whereas a total kitchen overhaul including new cabinets, etc might cost $Y.

Looks great ($1500)- tile bathrooms ($800)- resurface kitchen cabinets if need be (0-$1500)- put simply safe alarm system ($300)- sometimes I even spend an extra $2000 to put granite countertop...

Growing business are growing customers for financial institutions, some programs and terms will change but they will still want you.

Reminds me of the telephone phone trees.... where the customer in exasperation finally cries out for "Live Person!"

The inspectors made us dig up plumbing, remove cabinets and open walls to inspect the work.  

If they do that -- like keep heat at decent range and open cabinet door to sinks to prevent freezing on cold nights or whatever, then the pipes freeze anyway, you are likely the one paying for the repairs, not them.  

All of this to say, unless the agent has a proven track record for renting similar places or a network of potential customers (read: international companies regularly relocating workers), I wouldn't bother with them.
