It is to early to tell what the impacts will be and anyone who tells you they know what is going to happen is just looking for clicks on an article or trying to sound more informed than they really are.

If you are financing, you may have a financing contingency that has a provision that should you be unable to secure financing you can get escrow money back.You should also go ahead and talk to your agent (if you are using one) or the seller.
