Should I have this service done once a year or have it done every year? 

I just got my first rental property so I am very new to all of this. 

Wasn't expecting this to come up.

In this case, your broker’s experience and relationship with the listing agent could provide valuable leverage.

I have clients in KCMO that buy distressed properties and generally don't have issues, but they have several years of experience doing this, some properties are even abandoned.

I will be contacting my agent soon, but I wanted to toss this question to the forums to help me cover bases I might not think about.
