@Sam LLoyd if you deed property from your name to an LLC, (do that properly with an attorney's help - a QCD is wrong most times) be sure to update and ok your insurance.

Hello, Sam I think your just going to have to wait for it to pop back up at marked up price than what it was purchased for the investor is most likely looking for a quick profit you can also check and see what other types of properties they own as well maybe they buy and hold their properties either way you will have to wait and see at this point
