Unless you set the LLC up as an S-Corp or Corporation (verify this I'm not a tax professional) it'll report on your personal taxes under schedule C / E.

If we can get through this the I need some help with the appropriate placement in the IRS forms (IE K-1, 1120s, schedule C, etc.)

These were all low C and D areas.

Property is 1,148sqft, 3bed, 2bath, family/living room, kitchen/laundry.Work that i would like to do:- brand new kitchen- 2 brand new baths- all cosmetics brand new- some if not all windows need to be replaced- convert from wall furnace to central A/C and heat- raising ceiling from 8' to 9' - new roof- want brand new modern exterior look- landscaping and maybe a new driveway- water/drainage/gas piping condition unknown.  

In the 2 years (2016 & 2019) for which I have balance sheet data, the Association has used a significant amount of the Reserve Fund to pay off a large Operating Deficit (I'm assuming b/c of some capital expenditure(s) in the previous year, but I wasn't given any documentation about capital expenditures, so I can't be certain. 

On another note, I've been working on a 42-unit value add building, and been able to hit above projections without adding any external amenities (although interior laundry and A/C are being put in).

Trying to learn the area, looking for good B/C areas.
