It is just words randomly put in a sentence it means nothing.This is just ONE example, but believe me there is a LOT wrong on going.Also I know you don't always have control of who gives you backlinks and I too have crappy backlinks, but this is obviously deliberately done to manipulate the rankings.Again, I am starting to believe you didn't do this intentionally..maybe you didn't know and maybe this is a previous company that did their SEO.

Needs to be gutted, needs new roof, new hvac, new windows, new drywall, fix water damage throughout, rebuild an addition, add a garage, add a 2nd bathroom, new flooring, new kitchen, new appliances, paint, landscaping, redo driveway, redo layout (used to be a triplex but is now sfh), remediate sinkhole, replace asbestos shingles with siding, upgrade electric from fuse box, replace cast iron pipes throughout, put in a pool.
