In the northeast winter months are bad to fill vacancies.

I'm ready to get out of the medical field and not leave my children to go to work, I work nights weekends and holidays.. just a little tired of it.

Although I do concur with you that it has been brutal here this winter.

haven't ran across a lot of buried well heads when I do I usually extend the casing to at least ground level and cap(still mow over it) I prefer to extend the casing at least six inch above ground and I add some bleach and cap, but the winters aren't like yours.

No landlord to call to fix the heater in winter or the AC in summer.

During the winter it keeps the tenants bill cheaper by around $100pm and due to most of the tenants living month to month it makes the property more desirable and also they won't short the rent to pay the heating bill.Then you also have more higher ticket items like the plumbing and electrical which also aren't visible in some instances.If you spend enough time talking to someone and building that relationship you will find out if they are genuine or not and if they do repairs that the eye can't see or just lipstick on pigs.Thanks and have a great day.
