So if you have a community that has easier transportation to town or business hubs (Cranberry, SouthPointe, Moon, etc.) then you have a higher livable rate even if the traditional mill or mining jobs have dried up.

They were in bad, bad shape in spots but I spackled the damaged areas (it took multiple attempts in spots due to shrinking of the spackle as it dried) but it was a success.

You are out of state, and contractors know out of state buyers rarely pull the trigger on a deal, so they go where they are more likely to get paid, usually with someone they have worked with in state before..

Apparently it is only supposed to be at 60-70 PSI.My contractor in CLE told me to cut a hole in the drywall and let it dry out because you can't paint over it and you need to make sure the moisture gets out and no mold.
