It is not surprising that the Bigger Pockets family runs a tight ship over there that is both rewarding and fun.  

You will be quite surprised what you can access from your desk chair.

I am sure to heed it, as I stated in my introduction, I am open to strategies that I did not list and I'm sure to be pleasantly surprised by what is presented by the professional(s) I choose, thank you!

They residents were a little surprised to find us in their house when they got home.

What I am surprised is here at Bigger Pockets a home owners complains about his skilled property manager's job is too easy not getting his investment money worth.What owner does not realize is if the property manager picks a less desirable tenants it will make the manager thinking the manager is working too hard and not getting paid enough.

So I decided to just list it on FB market place with just 2 pictures of the finished kitchen since the rest of the house is not finished in the first 2 days I got 50 replies mostly asking the price since I didn't list one after a week I reposted about the same result I've posted it a total of 3 times probably have close to 120 people that contacted me 2 or 3 that are really pushing for a showing if I don't sell to one of them I will group message everyone for an open house I'd be surprised if I didn't have 15 to 20 people show up for what was free advertisement!

I actually caught up with a old work mate (quit f/t work 15 months ago) the other day & he asked what I had been up to and I said "Well, I never told you when I worked there that I actually own a business and have multiple investments" He was so surprised but when I told him I didn't mention it at work because people will hold it against you he completely agreed!

The constable was surprised to see me, and told me I shouldn't be there.

Needless to say, the current owner was quite surprised to see that!
