Why is it that whenever I search 'Florida' in the properties section, it pulls up about 21 properties and the first page is all FL properties but I try to go to page 2 (it shows 3 pages) and it pulls up ALL properties and not just limited to FL ones?

Your options may be limited by the language of your contract.Since the seller has defaulted on his mortgage loan, you and the seller will have arrearages to deal with regardless of the financing terms you have stated in your contract.
