Because of the recent road work by TxDOT, it is possible this area is being remapped, which would greatly benefit your site. 

Entering that market may require more capital than I have at this moment, but down the road will definitely work.

I am sensing more pain down the road with further property tax increases (but I will never know for sure) I may also have to replace both my HVACs next summer and possibly 16 year roof old in a few years and I probably need to relocate due to my job.

Win win for somebody potentially already on the road.

Goals for this deal:- secure precisely 3 units within 1 mile of Rillito Bike Path @ Dodge Blvd: easy to access all major Tucson road cycling routes- property layout functional for STR: adequate parking, separate backyard spaces, etc- walking distance to Brandi Fenton Dog Park & Tucson Hop Shop (best bar in Tucson)- pay house cleaner & landscaper to periodically clean primary residence out of AirBnB income (still working towards that!)

So what I’m thinking of doing is to get a carpet repair company out there to restretch the carpet since she stated that it’s a safety concern and then I will get a new tub, surround and plumbing fixtures because it actually could become a problem down the road.

Would you invest in some cash flowing (if they still exist) properties and start up the road of passive income from real estate?

I don’t know how much value it adds, if guests use it, or if we get bookings because of it (we have our investment properties managed) but I suspect the value is there and will be more so as more electric vehicles hit the road.
