I believe the key, though, for the state test (because it is very different), it was helpful to know the material well enough to understand situations practically, then using what you know, figure out the answer/solution.

I guess that would cost more because someone would be there all the time and pulling in and out of spaces.Sorry I don't have a lot of solutions... and just more questions but always trying to learn something new.Thanks

It sounds like he is looking for an easy solution to keeping his place rented and guarantee himself an income (from the State).  

I want to be part of the solution as well, even if it's one family at a time.

He has just been using Excel to catalog and has been keeping receipts, but we were hoping for a more sophisticated solution and approach when I take over.
