If you invest in multi family, will you owner occupy?

I would be (almost) willing to bet they are scam "service" dogs because true service animals have a significant amount of training, rarely leave their owner's sides and are rarely unbehaved.

Quick question…I found a fsbo property posted on a fsbo website & on Zillow…I made an offer to the owner for less than the asking price & he accepted.  

Is there much of a rental market or is most owner occupied?

I have not seen anyone post about this yet, so I figured I would share some of the highlights after reading the 41 Page Document this weekend  with the new CO Warranty of Habitability Law Updates.I'd like to credit my property manager, @Colin Smith, for updating me and the other owners very promptly and providing a few highlights before diving into the document. 

Since you've got a great source of income outside of that, you stand a chance, but the rates and terms you'll get from a bank or credit union for a non-owner-occupied investment property won't be as low as you think.

So I’m not really diving into buying something right this second but I figure if I meet agents or owners I hear and talk with the front line of people who are controlling these assets and go home game plan research until I feel the time is right.

But does anyone have additional thoughts on how I can connect with these potential sellers, especially multifamily property owners?

I  purchased a home from a for sale by owner, with myself as the homebuyer and the seller navigating the process without a real estate agent.

Safer area of the Hilltop and the owners keep up with the mainteance of their property.
