Obviously our road to becoming an architect with the years of education and training, licensure and practice were all very similar, but what’s interesting is the diversity of how we adapted the mindset shift towards real estate to our own unique careers and goals.  

This is all so new to me, it's requiring a massive shift in mindset...

According to comparables, rentometer, and Zillow, my house is fairly priced; especially because it's completely updated.Is the LTR rental market in that area shifting?  

As rent rates continue to outpace mortgage rates increases, many individuals are still shifting their focus toward purchasing property.

In 10-15 years, I hope to have a portfolio of 20-30 great cash flowing assets and may shift to a more hands-on REI strategy at that point... or just golf every day and enjoy life! 

Plan Of Action:  I had to shift money around several accounts in order to free up the cash for the repairs as well as the first mortgage payment due in Jan 2020. 

I've had 3 rental properties in the past, which I'm starting to slowly sell off, and would like to shift gears into this land/short term rental industry.
