WHY to encourage public transportation.. but you know what this does.. people have cars anyway and its a mess.

It's un-buildable land and the perception is that it doesn't have much value.When I say un-buildable -------Someone of course can build on it but that may be different story than getting a bank to finance an asset, getting it insured, etc...

There is no reason for any dog...service, emotional, pet, magical unicorn hybrid, or otherwise...to be unleashed in a public place.

I made a connection with a title rep that set me up with a back-end to lookup public property records, on which, the tax address you're looking for will be on display.

In our market (AA county), deals are done without even a preliminary visit to the property within hours of the listing being "public".

What are the likely consequences for filing a complaint on a person who publicly claims to be a Class A contractor in Virginia but holds no license at all?

The due diligence can be fairly quick with most lots by visiting the codes dept and talking to zoning, public works, stormwater, metro water, etc.

The square footage of the property should be available in the public record and appraisers generally go by that, at least in my market.
