Let me start with some facts before having questions for you guys.I am thinking to have a mortgage for my first 1-bedroom apartment properly about $180k in Center City Philadelphia.

Anyway, I run my business as legally as possible and I would get the proper permits and rental licenses and everything you need and be up to code.  

Just remember Midtown and Downtown what functions of what is just a normal functioning Village and property values and rents are skyrocketing.

You'll need to learn how to put together a proper cashflow statement etc., but you'll find lots of that kind of education here. 

It sure is interesting, don't know if we will find out any other details.I guess we are just happy our offer was legitimate and accepted.Roller Coaster Ride was no extra charge.But honestly, it makes things difficult if you are doing what you can to obtain housing and your offers aren't properly considered, we had no idea what was going to happen the second time around. 

It would be great to have the messaging function available in the app.

Myers area and they have certainly doubled or more.. but they were so ridiculously cheap at the time.. that was just a function of buying at the very bottom of the market they had no place to go but up..

And how can you be enough of an expert in so many asset classes (SFR flips, office buildings, MHP, hotels, apartments, etc...) that you can do proper due diligence on each deal?  

How do we properly set up a proper syndication to acquire rental units? 

I would assume for 30,000 a month in rent an attorney was used but you never know.You have NNN leases, gross leases, and on and on so this is very important.Is the sensor not working properly in the faucets??
