They have a minimum earned premium of $250.00, so I set my flippers up on the policy as a monthly billing and they keep it to the point of the $250.00 before rolling it to a landlord type policy or if they sell, they get billed the remaining of the $250.00.

Smart landlords will understand this and permit pets with addition of a calculated pet deposit and monthly premium on rent that will, over the long-run, recoup damages and generate extra income.

I think if someone would do that small of a mailing, they will charge you a premium and cost you 1.5x or double if they even do it.

There is no strong incentive for someone to sell a lien unless you pay a premium that would be at risk of loss.DC changed its rules a few years ago and I really don't know the process.

It may imply that the premium over the risk free rate of return is a constant (i.e. if 'normal' is 4.5% 10 year treasury rates and 'normal' is 8% cap rates, then the 'normal' premium over the risk free rate is 350bps) so that the expected 10 year treasury rate + 350 bps is 6%.

But getting one will never hurt your premiums, likely make them lower.
