I would also say that they tweak their program annually, so some of the things people described from past experience is no longer accurate.

Maybe talk to the 2 lenders who just posted and get their opinions.

Did the original post state the property was in an LLC?!?

Good proximity to NYC, a lot to do, and still affordable, and very few STR regulations in the area.You are basically flying blind right now if you are ready to take listings from the first post.
