I am fairly new to investing however I have 6 years as a realtor and 3 years as a loan officer.

No different than an office visit you pay for at a doctors office, our expertise and education in the trades is a value to most sensible investors.If basic principles are applied during pre-construction, 9 times out of 10 everyone will walk away feeling good and most importantly with profits earned.

Chances are you will not get caught, but I have seen firsthand neighbors call police and code enforcement officials when the vacationers were smoking pot, being loud, etc.  

Established companies leverage public databases to generate lists that blanket a whole state - because if you're going to keep an office full of people busy you have to send a crapton of mail (see above). 

I've been happy with the training I've received and the convenience of several offices throughout the Valley. 

I'm not getting much help from loan officers - even ones that have been in the business for 30+ years seem to know very little about doing this.  

Good idea I will talk to the land development office and check requirements to build on the property.

@Chan K.landlords in Massachusetts are not required to provide off-street parking nor are you required to police the parking area you do provide.

At one point they were talking cross collaterialization until the loan officer drove by the property and then he said the bank was good with what I had and they wouldn't require a lien on another property.
