Country where people take medical and retirement advice from Joe Namath, I guess I shouldn’t be shocked. 

My friend is going to medical school there and is looking to minimize his cost by purchasing a 2-4 unit.  

My siblings and I will likely have to make up for some of the savings gap between cost of living, inflation and inadequate social safety nets and programs for elders.Already many Generation X'ers (1965-1980) and san (1981-1996) have either taken on the financial burdens of their parents in the form of medical, food or housing OR have began managing or inheriting the businesses and portfolios established. 

Imagine the arguments that arise when one doctor does a medical procedure wrong.

Most of which are high W-2 earners (medical field or executives). 

I am planning to move to a developing country in 10-15 years to pursue a passion of mine in the medical field.

No matter how good or bad the economy is doing there will always be people that fall behind on their mortgage (job loss, medical issues, divorce) that need to sell quickly.
