I am looking for some one with integrity and experience who needs a bird dog.

If you are not actively sending them deals and just want to stay in touch then using Linked In, Google or some other more "professional" type of social media works. 

the main reason I went with a premium them is because I needed a fully functioning IDX feed, and none of the free themes looked the way I wanted and allowed for the IDX integration the way I wanted it.

I recently met with a BP member that was here from California and he said it was nothing like the way the media portrayed it and me and him are working on getting him some properties in the area.

@Chris Martin I think @Joshua Dorkin  is very careful as to how, where, what, BP is associated with, and he needs to protect the integrity of the site, and be careful not to expose BP to any liability.

Plus since I have no track record of being successful, I am glad they took my honesty and integrity and took a chance on me. 

In a forum, believe it or not, words typed are limited.Need to underwrite the entire transaction, funds available, ability of the borrower/buyer/tenant to pay, price of home, perceived integrity, honesty and personality of your customer, their motivations.

There are ways to market and sell loans which in my opinion, have a much higher level of integrity.  

They are integral to each other.
