I recently purchase my first multi-family property in Lake County this past March, and since then the taxes had increased to $14,700 which is absolutely absurd! 

In March 2015 we moved to Sparta, Wisconsin.

Anybody ever had experience trying to rent out a 2-Flat in winter (Mid October thru March) in cold weather States.  

House had been “winterized” in March...lol.

I knew that the larger deals are not as dependent on the strength of the borrower, but on the strength of the asset and cash flow, I quickly compiled all the data on the property and marched into several bankers offices.

So if you bought the first tax lien on a property in 2019 February auction - you would not be able to foreclose until March of 2022.
