As a buyer, what is the largest "repair credit" or cash at closing from the seller you have seen be approved for a FHFA loan?

The other half are 3 or 4 bedroom, my largest has 9 beds and 4 baths in 3 stories. 

They build good will by paying their rent on time.Tenants have no desire to ever see or hear from their landlord.

So I feel like you a leaving a gaping hole in the marketing material (namely the specific web page for the offering) as to what you intend to do with the money and how, potentially, we may ever be able to get our money out and/or see a return. 

She's just been in the place ever since, without paying rent.
