We are excited to get started but want to make sure we set ourselves up well by talking to folks in the field to set up our business model well, find great real estate agents and investors that work in our area, and see who else is out there doing it in this area.

Any Chicago investor should make sure to linkup with this guy because I hear so many people talking about wanting mini-splits that have no idea about these details (like me haha).

@Elaine Goepfert How confident are you that the new appraisal represents the correct valuation?

Just search things like "San Francsico Real Estate Investor" or something like that. 

I am not a fan of novice investors starting out with out-of-state investments.
