Access to interior? 

Interior the house needs some new flooring but looks really good still. 

I did one here in CA and I demolished the pool to gain interior usable space creating a large master suite and family room.

Its a 4/2, but if you close on interior door its 2x 2/1 units.

We just want to get paid off or, minimize our losses so, some of us, (At least at my bank), will initiate the bid to entice third parties bidders at a percentage of FMV (Based on a recent full appraisal, but not necessarily an interior appraisal) at like, say, 90% of FMV.

And if they have to drill holes for interior piers, you pretty much will have to replace the entire flooring. $$$$3.

Updated turnkey properties in that neighborhood have sold for 700K-1.5M in the last 12 months and1 property is currently listed down the street for 1.2M.Improvements needs:  new roof, replace wrap-around deck and 2nd floor balcony, interior paint, flooring. 

I am looking at a few this week and some of the properties need work - roofing, kitchen/bathroom rehab, drywall, paint (interior and exterior), flooring, new concrete driveways, etc. 

The comps we found in the area to be between $160,000 and $170,000.The rehabThe property needed full interior rehab.

The interior photos look quite decent and it seems like the sellers took pride in maintaining the property, but I'm always a bit paranoid and I tend to assume other major issues that wouldn't be mentioned in the listing.
