You give us very little information, which makes it much harder to give you a quality answer.

My only advice would be to buy properties in a good enough area where you can attract a quality PM company.

There are quality food options and a lot of tourism traffic with 2 grocery stores nearby.

Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

That, in my experience, is more art than science.What I'll typically do is reference Rentometer first and keep that in mind while I consider whether my unit is above, below, or right at average quality. 

We buy and sell properties throughout the GNO area and work with a number of reputable and quality contractors.

But I've found that there are more factors in response rate than just the price- like quality of photos, time of year, allows pets, tenant criteria, etc.

I'd rather pay extra for a quality product that has no subscription than anything with a monthly fee.Needs to have a huge value that no one else can provide to get me to allow another company to dip into my bank account each month.

How much you get will depend on the quality of the units as well.
